Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters at We Home Box. We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email us at support@wehomebox.com with your order details. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please send returns to:

Items returned without an approved RMA request may be refused or subject to additional processing delays.

Return Shipping Costs
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, We Home Box will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. For returns due to a change of mind or sizing preference, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot assume liability for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If any item is broken, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at support@wehomebox.com with photographs. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following categories cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, plants, flowers), custom or personalized orders, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a European Union member state, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must remain unused, with all tags and original packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
